Having Fun with learning

Our Math warm up today was a Kahoot. It was a refresher on the Fractions that we have been learning about.
It's great to see new people on our podium!
We like making learning fun, by making a game out of it, to see how much of our learning is sinking in. It also reminds us of where we are making the mistakes so we can improve.

    1. Hi Caleb, We are all about having fun with our learning at South Hornby School. We believe that mistakes are proof that we are trying to learn. As a teacher, I love to have fun with my class too ;-)

    1. Hi Tobi, I like to see the enjoyment in the class, when we are having fun while learning. At South Hornby School, we want our learners to want to come to school and have fun while learning.

    1. Hi Aaliyah, You should have a look at our Aliyah's blog! It's not a common name (but certainly a beautiful one!). How uncanny that our classes have collaborated for Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu!

    1. Hi Faith, We haven't tried team mode. What do you like about it, compared to playing as individuals? Maybe we could set up to have a game with your class as well!

    1. Hi MacKenzie, some of our learners have started to make their own kahoots. I'll find one and post the link on our blog!
